By accessing astrofated.com or purchasing a report, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Astrofated.

Astrofated generates personalized synastry compatibility reports based on your birth data. Reports are for self-reflection and personal insight. They do not constitute professional astrological, psychological, relationship, or legal advice. Astrofated is not responsible for any decisions made based on report content.

Reports are written by Celeste, Astrofated’s proprietary report engine, and are not written by human astrologers. The Celeste persona is a product feature. Report content may contain inaccuracies or content that does not reflect your situation. Astrofated makes no warranty that reports are accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose.

Because reports are personalized digital products delivered immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.

If you experience a technical failure that prevents delivery of your report, contact us at hello@astrofated.com within 7 days and we will regenerate your report at no additional charge.

Prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect purchases already made.

You may use your report for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or publicly republish report content
• Use reports to harass or harm others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the service
• Use the service if you are under 18 years of age
• Impersonate another person when submitting birth data

All content generated by Astrofated, including report text, is licensed to you for personal use only. Astrofated retains ownership of the service, the AI persona of Celeste, and all underlying technology.

You retain ownership of the birth data you provide. By using the service, you grant Astrofated a limited license to use that data solely to generate your report.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ASTROFATED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE REPORT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association’s rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
